Thanks Dave. I’m enjoying the discussion and learning a lot. Even though I’m a bit of a KISS-extremist, I do think there is some middle ground. For example, now that CSS variables and custom html tags are supported, there could be ways to create a very simple customizable css that could be widely shared to address standard UI requirements but not lock people into a bunch of classes. There are probably many ways to share code without creating black-box dependencies.
