I always love pieces that provide historical context, and this is a good one. There are lots of new changes underway in the JavaScript/node.JS world, including Deno and several other emerging alternatives to node.JS and new JavaScript features. Like PHP, lots of evolution is healthy and necessary and these are not languages that will ever die.
